This notice explains how your personal data is processed when you visit the worktally.nexr.net.tr website, in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”). Data processed inside the WorkTally application (/app) is covered by our Privacy Policy and the employee privacy notice provided by your employer.

WorkTally is developed and operated by nexR. nexR is the data controller for processing related to this website. Contact: info@nexr.net.tr.
What we process
- Technical logs: When you access the site, our server briefly records your IP address, browser details, the requested page and the time, for security and service continuity.
- Browser entry: When you close the cookie notice, that preference is stored only in your own browser and never sent to us.
- Correspondence: If you email us, your name, email address and message are processed solely to reply to you.
This site uses no analytics, advertising or social media cookies and loads nothing from third-party services; all files, including fonts, are served from our own server. There is no contact form on the site.
Purposes and legal grounds
Technical logs are processed to ensure information security, prevent abuse and keep the service running, based on legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f) and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 5/2-ç). Correspondence is processed to answer your request under Art. 5/2-c and f.
Transfers and retention
Data is kept on servers in Türkiye and is not transferred abroad. It may only be shared with authorised public authorities upon lawful request. Technical logs are retained for as long as necessary for the purpose and required by law, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties it is transferred to, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and deletion where the conditions are met, to object to an adverse outcome resulting solely from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
